Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy

At Reva Care Ltd, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use the Reva or Reva Carer platforms, you can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can initiate an account deletion request through our mobile applications or our web platform. Please follow the steps below:

  • Login: Sign in to your account via the Reva Carer App, the Reva App, or by visiting revacare.co.uk.
  • Navigate to Settings: Open the main menu and select the "Delete Account" tab.
  • Confirm Deletion: Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your request. Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately.

Data Treatment & Retention

What is Deleted?

Upon the successful processing of your deletion request, all user metadata and personally identifiable information (PII) will be permanently removed from our active production databases. This includes your profile details, contact information, and preferences.

What is Retained?

To ensure compliance with UK legal and regulatory requirements (including healthcare record-keeping and financial auditing):

  • Statutory Compliance: Certain transactional or service-related data required for statutory purposes will be retained.
  • Anonymization: Any data kept for long-term records will be fully anonymized. This means all identifiers are removed so the data can no longer be associated with you.
  • Retention Period: Retained data is held only for the duration required by law, after which it is purged from our systems.
